INGREDIENTS
5 oz. White Keys Vodka 5 oz. Rouge Gorge 25 oz. White Lillet 25 oz. Homemade Thyme Pepper Syrup * Sparkling Cider Thyme sprig
PREPARATION
Chill a cocktail glass with ice. Set aside. In a shaker, add the White Keys Vodka, the Rouge Gorge Vermouth, the White Lillet and the Thyme Pepper Syrup. Add ice. With a bar spoon, stir the ingredients for about 15 seconds. Remove the ice from the cocktail glass and strain the contents of the shaker into it. Top up with Sparkling Cider and garnish the stem of the glass with a fresh thyme sprig. Homemade Thyme Pepper Syrup: Bring 500g of sugar and 500ml of water to a boil; Remove from heat and infuse with about 10 thyme sprigs and a teaspoon of long pepper for 6 minutes; Strain the thyme and pepper from the mixture. Will keep for up to four weeks in the refrigerator.
